Gut reset

This is what I do for my gut resets, It is not to be used as medical advice. Please feel free to alter in any way you like.

The goal is to consume easy to digest soups, beverages and smoothies that nourish your body. I personally like to do scrambled eggs and roasted chicken and veggies in soups.

All 3 meals are interchangeable, you can do soup for all three meals or add a meal if you are hungry, This is not a starvation diet. Please don’t ask if this is suitable for your medical condition as that is a question for your medical doctor.

I start the day with 1 huge glass of filtered water with Lemon and salt or electrolytes
The Next drink is typically 30 min to an hour later and is my Protein coffee.
