Mold-Free Daily Ritual

Clean Coffee.
Remineralized™ Fuel.

Most coffees on the market — even organic ones — are loaded with mold. Danger Coffee is lab-tested clean and remineralized with humic + fulvic, so every cup actively escorts toxins out instead of adding to the load.

How I Drink It

Three Ways,
One Daily Ritual

Danger comes in three SKUs and I use all of them. The medium roast is my morning protein coffee. The decaf is my evening cup. The Dust is my travel coffee — and it's the one with the biggest mineral dose, so it doubles as a binder in the cup.

Danger Medium Roast

01

My Morning Protein Coffee

This is the cup I don't skip. Half a cup of Danger Medium Roast, a full cup of raw milk (or your favorite milk alternative), one scoop of clean vanilla protein, and a spoonful of nut butter if I'm hungry. It gives me protein, fats, and clean caffeine all at once — and I eat about 30% less at lunch because of it.

1/2 Cup Danger Medium Roast

The base — lab-tested mold-free and remineralized with humic + fulvic.

🥛

1 Cup Raw Milk or Alternative

Raw if you can get it. Otherwise a clean milk alternative — coconut, almond, whatever works for you.

💪

1 Scoop Clean Vanilla Protein

I use Kono. Keeps me full through the morning and hits my protein target before lunch.

🥜

Optional: 2 tsp–1 Tbsp Nut Butter

Add it on hungrier days. Fats + protein + caffeine together = no mid-morning crash.

My Evening Cup — Danger Decaf

I still want a coffee ritual after dinner, but not the caffeine. Danger Decaf is 99.9% caffeine-free using the Swiss Water Process — no chemical solvents, just water and temperature. Same mold-free testing, same 50+ trace minerals, just without the buzz. Post-dinner cup, no sleep disruption.

💧

Swiss Water Process

100% chemical-free decaffeination — no methylene chloride, no ethyl acetate. Just water.

🌙

99.9% Caffeine Removed

The cup I can have after dinner without wrecking my sleep.

50+ Trace Minerals

Same remineralization as the hero roast. A cup that gives back instead of stripping.

🧪

Same Mold-Free Testing

The decaf process doesn't change the mycotoxin bar — still third-party tested.

Travel + Binder-in-the-Cup

Danger Dust is instant — no equipment, no brewer, no grinder. It's what I take when I travel so I'm not stuck with moldy hotel coffee. It also has the heaviest mineral dose of the three: 238 mg humic + 952 mg fulvic per bag (14 servings). Humic and fulvic are negatively-charged binders that grab onto mycotoxins and heavy metals and escort them out.

238 mg Humic per Bag

The heaviest humic dose in the Danger lineup. Active binder support, not a passive ingredient.

🌿

952 mg Fulvic per Bag

Paired with the humic. Together they pull toxins out without the herx/flare pattern of aggressive binders.

✈️

Travel-Ready Instant

No equipment. Works with hot or cold water. My answer to hotel coffee.

📦

14 Servings per Bag

Long enough for a trip, small enough to not take over your suitcase.

Why It Matters

Daily coffee is a daily exposure

🧪

Lab-Tested Mold-Free

Third-party tested at an IAS-accredited lab for 13 mycotoxins — including ochratoxin A and aflatoxins. OTA detection limit is 1 µg/kg, three times stricter than the EU regulatory limit. The US has no regulated mycotoxin limits for coffee — 'mold-tested' brands set their own bar, and Danger's is high.

Remineralized™

Humic and fulvic minerals are added post-roast to preserve bioavailability. The medium roast delivers 255 mg fulvic + 1,035 mg humic per 310g bag. They're not flavoring — they're negatively-charged binders that actively escort mycotoxins and heavy metals out of circulation.

🌱

Even 'Organic' Isn't Mold-Tested

Organic addresses pesticides, not mycotoxins. They're two different failure modes in the coffee supply chain. A bag can be USDA Organic and still carry mold. If mold load is on your radar, you need third-party mycotoxin testing — not just an organic label. (More on the symptom picture on my mold-exposure page.)

🌀

Detox Without the Detox Reaction

The minerals are gentle enough to be a daily-use product, not a regimen. No herx, no flare — just a cup that's pulling its weight on your toxin load every morning instead of adding to it. That's why I drink it every day.

My Take

Most of the coffees on the market are loaded with mold — even organic ones.

— Mary

This is the swap that changed my daily load more than almost any other. Coffee is a ritual — I drink it every single day — so upgrading it was non-negotiable. Once I switched, the remineralized part was the surprise: my cup stopped feeling like it was pulling minerals out and started feeling like it was giving them back.

My challenge to myself: drink a cup every day.
