Step one, lifestyle changes and reduce toxic burden by swapping cleaning and hygiene products

Clean up the indoor air quality and cookware

Change your HVAC air filters and have the air ducts professionally cleaned. I personally would search the home for any signs of mold and mildew. Take it very seriously. Throw out all air fresheners, perfumes, colognes, toxic candles that are not made of bees wax or palm/coconut wax.

I use an airdoctor plugged into a grounded outlet, everything in the asleep space should be plugged in away from the bed and into one the THESE outlets to avoid EMF. Put your wifi on a timer so it turns off when you sleep at night and keep your cellphone very far from your bed.

Cookware is extremely important! get rid of all tephlon and I personal avoid cast iron, due to iron overload.

Here are my list of rituals that I believe boost mitochondia and aid in healing.

Wake up and watch the sun rise to help set circadian rhythm.

Drink a large glass of structures hydrogen water with lemon first thing when you wake up.

Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, in your morning water and sunrise focus on gratitude and the this mediation.

Next go for a walk in the sunshine for 15 minutes for stand a vibration plate for 5 minutes to wake up the lymphatic system.

Hot and cold therapy are great! For cold therapy you can fill a bathtub with filtered water with a few bags of ice and get the water around 50 degrees for 2 minutes. Try incorporating heat or cold every other day if possible.

Most Important Healthy Swaps

Clean Air & Clean water should always be the very first health swaps made in a home. I have use Air Doctor filters for years. They not only grab larger particles like dog hair, bugs from plants and dust, they also trap mold VOCs as well as gases in the home. I have 4 units in my home as well as high efficiency HCAV filters that I change 3-4 times a year.

With water there are different needs, some people have large families and need water on demand without a tank. My favorite installed option for this is a multipure, please make sure you do a EWG water report to make sure you don’t have fluoride in your water as the multipure does not remove that.

For renters or someone who doesn’t want a system that is plumbed, the Aqua Tru new carafe is an awesome choice. This makes 64 ounces in about 20-30 minutes at a time. Aqua tru also makes a under counter option as well.

The cleanest water you can get is Distilled and this can be more cumbersome but it is a great choice. It requires boiling waters into steam so it uses more energy and is very often installed in a garage. I have upgraded to this recently and have found the midi classic (code HCL for a discount) from my pure water and it is one of the easiest, cleanest water distillers I have found with a surgical stainless steel tank. I mentioned clean air and your household cleaners and candles and anything that gets put into the air needs to be pure. Diffusers and pure essential oils are a great way to clean the air, change the mood and boost the immune system.

How to help prevent and Kill Mold & Biofilms in the home

A whopping 85% of homes have water and or mold! Many of you know this and know the importance of visually inspecting wet areas in the home.

Make sure your silicone is touched up near showers and failed caulking is removed and redone. You will also want to protect under sink areas by using silicone contact rolls under sink cabinets and water alarms.

Water alarms are most important under water heaters and water filters because these can flood your home.

Many people overlook areas prone to mold like toilet tanks, dishwashers and drains.

One of the biggest mistakes people do is use vinegar and bleach to clean shower grout. It does not inhibit mold, in fact, it can make it worse. Some of the best mold cleaners are Ozone(code HCL), Peroxide and Essential oils. In fact, when tested essential oils were far superior as a cleaner for mold against vinegar and bleach. Most don’t understand that certain essential oils don’t only kill mold, they break destroy biofilms. Healthy Office space

Having a healthy office space is more important now than it ever has been.

With many people working from home, it’s time to make healthy changes.

If you don’t have a window in your office, consider moving your home office into a room that has a window.

• Use a ethernet to hook your laptop or computer to wifi, you will need an adapter like this if you have a laptop that uses USB you will need the USB adapter version. Using a hard line for internet is one of the best ways to protect yourself from unnecessary EMF.

• Charge your laptop when you are not using it. By having it plugged in while you use it, you are increasing the amount of electricity in your body.

• Keep live plants and a salt lamp or a salt candle holder with a natural tea light in the room to help with EMF smog.

Here are some tips on how combat viruses and radiation

There are clearly multi faced threats happening in the world, 5 G is in full effect in many states and radiation is at an all time high. We are breathing in contaminates on a daily basis that included heavy metals and this is causing a crap storm in our bodies. I have people contacting me on a daily basis telling me they have Mast cell like symptoms and that they are constantly feeling like crap. I have a feeling that many factors are putting our nervous systems on edge and that our pro inflammatory cytokines are in high gear.

Here are some things that can help!

Hemp and Curcumin are both excellent at viral protection as well as pro inflammatory cytokine suppression. The virus as well as EMF can both cause these cytokines to go crazy. I take one a day before bed and my body feels amazing and relaxed in the morning and the aches and pains are gone.

It also contains quercetin which is a zinc ionophore that can help keep a virus from entering a cell. The CBD isolate helps calm the nervous system and the ginger and bromelain reduces gut inflammation which is key! I take one at wake up and before bed on an empty stomach. They can also be taken near food.

Sleep is huge for your immune system and melatonin actual was one of the first early remedies for the virus. I created a synergistic formula for deep rest that included melatonin as well as hemp. Talk about a double whammy! Another great thing to do, to allow your body recovery daily, is turn off your router at night. I use a simple timer that I plug my router into, that turns off at 11pm every night and back on at 5:30 am. This reduces EMF so you can get some great restorative sleep at night and be able to conquer the day.

I think binding up toxins & radiation are kind of a no brainer. I take a viradchem binder before working out or doing an enema or sauna session to help grab radiation and chemicals in the body because we are always exposed. When you realize you have been exposed to mold it can be overwhelming! Remediation is one thing, but the damage it can do to the body is another beast! First thinks first! We breathe mold in and that’s where it starts!

Flushing the sinuses and airways are of the utmost importance! Mold can attach to biofilms and mucous membranes so killing and flushing it out will prevent it from reproducing and creating mycotoxins.

Mold produces these toxins as a by-product that can do a number on your liver, joints and organs. Many people use a fridge filter for their drinking water and that doesn’t even touch contaminates, nor does it make water living. Water runs through some loose carbon, often even leaving little bits in your glass. That can be loaded with heavy metals and other contaminates.

I have a third water filter in my kitchen that I had installed because its on demand filtered water unlike RO or Distilled that requires time to filter and can run out. It is a carbon block filter and is rated #1 year after year on the NSF website. This filter DOES leave minerals behind so if you have hard water is is NOT a good choice for you, It also does NOT remove Fluoride so it is not a good choice if you have fluoridated water.
