Mold Help!
/Whether you have had past or present exposure to mold, This information will be very beneficial to you.
When you realize you have been exposed to mold it can be overwhelming! Remediation is one thing, but the damage it can do to the body is another beast! First thinks first! We breathe mold in and that’s where it starts!
Flushing the sinuses and airways are of the utmost importance! Mold can attach to biofilms and mucous membranes so killing and flushing it out will prevent it from reproducing and creating mycotoxins.
Mold produces these toxins as a by-product that can do a number on your liver, joints and organs. No only is it important to bind those toxins up with binders, but it’s very important to support the liver so all of those toxins don’t get recirculated. Coffee enemas can be very helpful. I personally founds them to be life changing!
Heat is an incredible way to create a self induces fever and to not only kill pathogens in the body but to support the detoxification process! You can add some castor oil to you tummy and back to also get a One-Two punch and detox the liver as well. Don’t forget to take a binder and liver support 30 minutes before getting into the sauna and drinking 18-32 ounces of water with electrolytes post sauna. Being dehydrated will cause more problems!
Apex Energetics Trizomal Glutathione, Apex Moldetox™, Cellcore Biotoxin binder or Carboxy are all great products once detox pathways are open.
I use This Sauna which is Low EMF, Low EFL and Far infrared. Coupon code HCL150 gets $100 off.
I recommend sweating post mold exposure, every other day.
This body oil is not only great for detox, its great for skin fungal infections. You can rub it on your whole body before sauna and help support your skin. The addition of a few drops of Blue Tansy is also helpful. The Hair oil (I personally love for body) Castor oil should only be used on stomach and back and is sticky.
Don’t have a sauna? Here is a Detox bath recipe.
1/2 cup Powdered Ginger
1 Cup Magnesium Flakes
1/4 cup baking soda
Add to a hot bath and stay in long, adding more hot water if needed, do not allow the water to cool. Once finished, take a cool shower after.
